Cancellation Polciy

Iris holidays & Travel Planners believes that any guest who books or looks for any services at www.irisholidays.com and other group websites has the right to know about the policies that is followed by us. For the trust the client has on us, we value the right to your privacy.

The objective of this policy is to educate the user as to what personal information is being captured by us and where the same is being used. It describes the principles and practices that apply to Personal Information (defined below) collected from users of our services ("you") on our Site, in telephone or e-mail communications, or in interviews etc.

In case of any emergencies or dissatisfaction with any of our services, guests have the liberty to cancel their packages and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows

From booking date till 60 days prior to departure - 90 % of the booking cost will be refunded
From booking date till 30 days prior to departure - 80 % of the booking cost will be refunded
From booking date till 15 days prior to departure - Amount Refunded from the hotels will be refunded

Please note that there may be some variations in the percentage depending on your travel dates and the hotels where you have been booked. However we will try to refund you as much package cost as possible.
