Day 1 - Arrival at Cochin / Proceed to Munnar

When you arrive at Kochi airport/ railway station you will be received by our representative and we will proceed on a 4.5 hour drive to Munnar. On the way we will visit the Elephant Training Centre in Kodanad and watch the elephants bathing. You can also take an Elephant Safari and play with Baby elephants while they are bathing. The other attractions on the drive include Spice Plantations, Valara waterfalls, Cheeyappara waterfalls, Karadippara view point, Attukkad water fall view etc.Once you reach Munnar Checkin to the resort.

Day 2 - Munnar Sightseeing

Munnar drives its name from the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale. Mattupetty is a popular picnic spot where you can opt for activities like boating and horse riding. Indo Swiss Dairy Farm is a little ahead of Mattupetty lake is famous for around 100 varieties of cattle. Close by is the Echo Point, which offers you a panoramic view and the thrill of hearing your voice echo. Pothenmedu, Devikulam hill station, Chithirapuram, Nayamakad and Power House Waterfalls are other popular sightseeing spots. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 - Thekkady Trip

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel in Munnar and drive to Thekkady. Thekkady is well known for one of the world's most fascinating wild life reserves - Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km and is well known for its wild life and scenic beauty. In You can opt for a cruise on Lake Periyar. During the boat ride spot the wild life (elephants, Indian Gaur, Monkeys, Spotted deer, barking deer and birds of myriad varieties). Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 4 - Alleppey (Houseboat)

After breakfast checkout from the hotel in Munnar we will proceed on a 4.5 hour drive to Alleppey and check in to the houseboat. Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditional Kerala Houseboat after lunch. While cruising in these floating luxury vessel , let your eyes enjoy the scenes in a Kerala country side - skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed down paddy fields, local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes and swaying coconut palms. All meals will be served on board. Overnight stay at houseboat.

Day 5 - Kovalam Beach

After breakfast check out from the houseboat and proceed on a 4 hour drive to Kovalam. Kovalam Beach was among the most prominent tourist spots in India during the hippy era. There are three beaches at Kovalam, separated by outcrops jutting out to the sea. The larger one is called Light House Beach for its 30 meter high light house. The second largest one is Hawah Beach. Once you reach Kovalam check in to the hotel. Relax in the hotel for the rest of the day. After settling down set out on sightseeing in Kovalam. Enjoy the sun setting in Kovalam Beach. Return to the hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 6 - Departure

Enjoy the morning at your leisure and checkout of the hotel after breakfast. We will drop you back at Cochin airport for the departure flight back home.
