I must thank Iris Holidays for making my backwaters trip absolutely pleasurable!!

The accomodation was impeccable and done up very well.Since we had informed the agent earlier about our anniversary, they arranged for a "Honeymoon Suite" Houseboat and decorated our room with flowers! Infact, they were kind enough to present us with a beautifully set up candlelight dinner.Our on-board crew Mr.Michael (Captain) & Mr.Joseph (Cook) were really hospitable and took care of us in a very kind and homely manner. They enjoyed the compliments we showered on them! :) Simple people with geniune desire for good customer service.The food was truly exceptional!

I must thank Mr.Isaac, CEO of Iris Holidays for constantly keeping in touch on the phone and making sure the arrangement were ok. Since it was Onam and almost all of Kerala was on holiday, Iris Holidays made sure nothing interrupted our experience and everything went as per schedule.

Miss Jain, the lady who helped me make the booking was extremenly patient and courteous in helping me customise the package.She was very quick in responding to my mails and calls & we managed to close the deal in less than 24 hours! She even sent me pictures of the houseboat, and those pictures were exact depiction of the actual place.
Iris holidays were adjusting enough to pick us up from Leela Kovalam and drop us back to Trivandrum Airport with a detour for lunch, which is not the usual route one would take. The driver was also very courteous.
Iris Holidays is the perfect example of how a Customer should be treated.Keep up the excellent service guys! My husband and I are grateful for the beautiful holiday you gave us. :)
